Ten years has passed, he has served the company well
but I cannot give him a medal of honor
just a note saying: "the boss wants to talk with you"
it was about economy and the future of it
actually, I was going to fire him without further notice.
It's competition, it's effectivity, it's life, it's nothing else,
it was never about him or his family -
We rationalize, and pretend the problem is not there
but what must be done, must be done

and then we went our seperate ways -
That very night - both our business models collapsed,
and the lion roared, and the fox it wept,
