9. Governance of the Damned.
As for all disasters, earthquakes or volcanoes
which strikes a nation is seen
what they knew would come - but prepared not ;
to look the other way until
they're forced to look into their own eyes
but try to escape responsibility.
They didn't complain of it before disaster struck,
