Reader has many meanings - but it was also you, whom read this. The first line is the last line of Emily Dickinsons "A Dying Tiger"  and as such elaborates on it by telling both further and between the lines, while being struck into the stories i've told - not to piggyback Emily's works - but to honour them. It also references events in C.S Lewis books with Azlan as to connect them for a deeper understanding.

To a Reader.

But 'twas --- the fact that He was dead ---

  it is only words
as initiative disappears,
   of all worlds
was the one with you in it
the finest, most elegant
   we created.

" 'n panther became --- as scorpions venom
    from the desert was brought
to lips --- in deaths kiss was transformed
  by hands who writh'd. "

Every poem's a walk in flight
   as thoughts stretched
across the vastness of earth,
  our minds enthriced.
As a letter to whomever it was
   I do not remember - ;

  For all sorrows
is in departing grace
   of our words,
which through the world
was it spread with it,
   listened to.

" and it grew, grew wings as birds became,
did it fly --- heavens shook,,
as a shapeshifter left its imprints there,
birth of the zodiac's were we ; "

As we walked was it strewn
   across the rims
then fell as angels feathers
  into somebody's lap,
soiled in the devilish inks -
   was humanity made.

  As our minds
they refute'd and argue'd
   as we leap'd
bend, and change'd worlds
with our lettery words
   only these :

" and it shifted out --- of that skin too it did
    as a serpent slithered,
in its retina was lightning as it strickens
    from the dying waters, "

 were made visible.
